Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health ( BAuA), Germany - Database on occupational safety and health research

 

The Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) took part in the establishment of a national database on occupational safety and health research, which is centrally situated on the server of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. This database contains information about ongoing and finished research projects of the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA), the German Statutory Accident Insurance (DGUV) - especially of the BG-Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BGIA) - , and the occupational safety and health authorities of the Federal States.
The database on research projects of BAuA is an extract of the national database on occupational safety and health research which contains research projects implemented by BAuA exclusively.

German institutions for statutory accident insurance and prevention (DGUV) - Research projects database


Research projects of the German institutions for statutory accident insurance and prevention are presented in a special database. The latter includes projects conducted in the insurance carriers' own institutes (internal research) and projects initiated and funded by them, but realised by a third. Furthermore, the database comprises projects of institutions in which the German insurance carriers hold significant interests.

BGIA/BGAG - Database publications
More than 3100 publications of BGAG and BGIA are stored in the database.
Searching is possible in English, French and Spanish via freetext, key words, type of publication, authors, and year of appearance. Many of the publications are available free of charge from the institutes either in paper version or for downloading. Please access the database for publications via the following links:

The FAS data base lists and describes grants for research projects, research groups and centres, young investigator awards, fellowships, researcher networks, grants for visiting researchers and scholarships for higher studies and research abroad from 2001. Grants below SEK100,000 are not included.
