Organisation structure
The NEW OSH ERA Consortium was made-up of equal partners. There were eighteen Consortium members, including leading public agencies, government ministries and research organisations that fund or manage OSH research.
The project management structure of NEW OSH ERA allowed for continuous monitoring of the project and communication between the project Coordinator and the other Consortium members, as well as frequent contact with external experts.

Network Steering Committee
The management of the NEW OSH ERA network was led by the Network Steering Committee, made up of representatives from all the partner organisations.
The Steering Committee was the network's high-level decision-making body, responsible for decisions on all important policy and strategic issues. The Committee also had overall responsibility for monitoring the work that was carried out, reviewing objectives and evaluating progress.
The Committee was supported by an ad hoc Advisory Panel, made up of scientific experts, trade union representatives and representatives of other EU organisations, which provided independent scientific and policy advice.
Management Team
The Management Team was made up of members from each of the partner organisations, and was the forum for joint consideration of the way that the network was managed, including decisions relating to preparation, organisation, public relations, reporting and follow-up activities.

Coordination Office
The NEW OSH ERA network was coordinated and managed on a day-to-day basis by the Coordination Office. The project Coordinator had overall responsibility for the legal, contractual, financial and administrative running of the network, and for effective communication between Consortium members.
