Symposium "Ex post evaluation of European OSH guidelines", 14 December 2005 in Berlin
Meanwhile there is a great number of practical experiences from the implementation process and the exercise of the OSH directives. Many users, but also the social partners, the authorities and the national legislators stipulate to pick up and transfer these experiences at the national level as well as at the European level. According to the main requirements of the OSH directives, and in order to collect and to assess these requirements as well as to initialise improvements, the Federal Ministry of Economics and Labour (BMWA) proposes to develop and test a methodology for the ex-post evaluation of OSH Directives and national OSH regulations. These proposals, present activities and first results will be presented and discussed at a seminar on December 14th in the Federal Ministry of Economics and Labour in Berlin. The seminar is addressed to national and European experts and stakeholders in the field of OSH regulations.
