The "Verein für Arbeitsschutz und Gesundheit durch systemische Mobbingberatung und Mediation e.V." (Association for Occupational Safety and Health based on Systemic Advice and Mediation in the Field of Mobbing) is organised in the form of a network, the aim of which is to prevent mobbing. The Association is intended to develop a holistic approach to counselling for mobbing victims, on a sound scientific basis, and to promote health at the workplace.
- Verein gegen psychosozialen Stress und Mobbing e.V. (VPSM) (Association for the Prevention of Psychosocial Stress and Mobbing, abbreviated to "VPSM" in German)
VPSM is an independent, not-for-profit association which has been working at its "Balance" advice centre in Wiesbaden - and at other nationwide advice centres within the Pro Fair network - for more than nine years. It counsels mobbing victims, intervenes in workplace conflicts, if so requested, by means of arbitration/mediation and seeks to prevent such problems by offering management seminars. The Association's aim is to deal with conflicts in a solution-oriented manner and promote health at the workplace.

- KLIMA: Konflikt-Lösungs-Initiative Mobbingopfer-Anlaufstelle (Mobbing Victim Advice Centre Conflict-Solution Initiative)
Klima is intended to advise and help people (irrespective of whether they are members of the association) who, as a result of mobbing at the workplace, are psychologically damaged and require the assistance of others due to their physical, psychological or emotional state.
